This conference will address critical disease prevention and control strategies to promote, protect, and improve the health of communities, while integrating local culture into comprehensive patient care. Attendees will have an opportunity to network with peers and share best practices and challenges. Tools and resources will be provide to enhance collaborative efforts and leverage community partnerships.
